Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the boundaries of responsible use on the Nebva platform. All users must comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
Purpose
Nebva is designed to help founders, creators, professionals, and small brands create and distribute high-quality content. This Acceptable Use Policy ensures that the platform remains safe, trustworthy, and useful for everyone.
By using Nebva, you agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the policies referenced herein. Violation of this policy may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Prohibited Content
You may not use Nebva to create, generate, store, publish, or distribute content that:
- Illegal content — violates any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation in any jurisdiction
- Harassment and bullying — targets, intimidates, threatens, or demeans individuals or groups
- Hate speech and abuse — promotes violence, discrimination, or hostility based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Sexual exploitation — contains non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual abuse material, or exploitative content
- Threats and violence — incites, glorifies, or threatens physical harm against individuals, groups, or organizations
- Harmful misinformation — deliberately spreads false or misleading information that could cause significant public harm, including health misinformation, election interference, or crisis exploitation
- Deceptive political manipulation — creates content designed to mislead voters, impersonate political figures, or manipulate democratic processes
- Impersonation — falsely represents yourself as another person, organization, or brand without their authorization
- Scams and fraud — promotes fraudulent schemes, phishing, financial scams, or deceptive business practices
- Spam — generates or distributes unsolicited bulk content, repetitive messaging, or low-value automated output
- Malware and security abuse — distributes viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious software, or attempts to compromise system security
Prohibited Platform Behavior
You may not use Nebva to engage in behavior that violates the rules or terms of connected third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
- Platform rule violations — using Nebva to publish content that violates LinkedIn, X, WordPress, Medium, Hashnode, Dev.to, or any other connected platform's community guidelines or terms of service
- Mass spam publishing — using Nebva to publish large volumes of low-quality, repetitive, or misleading content across platforms
- Fake engagement manipulation — using the Service to artificially inflate likes, shares, followers, comments, or other engagement metrics
- Unauthorized scraping — scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from Nebva or connected platforms beyond authorized use
- Rate limit evasion — attempting to bypass, circumvent, or evade API rate limits, usage caps, or technical restrictions
Prohibited AI Use
You may not use Nebva's AI features to:
- Generate misleading claims — create content that presents AI-generated output as verified facts, expert opinions, or authoritative research without proper context or review
- Impersonate real people — use AI to create content that impersonates specific individuals without their explicit permission, including generating fake quotes, testimonials, or endorsements
- Deceptive outreach at scale — use AI-generated content to conduct deceptive mass outreach campaigns, including fake personalized messages, impersonated correspondence, or misleading cold outreach
- Generate regulated advice — create content that constitutes or appears to constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice without proper disclaimers and human expert review
These restrictions apply to all AI-assisted text, images, suggestions, automation, and publishing actions performed through the Service.
Enforcement
Nebva reserves the right to take enforcement actions in response to violations of this policy. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:
- Warning — a notification that your activity may violate this policy
- Content removal — removal of specific content that violates the policy
- Feature restriction — temporary or permanent restriction of access to specific features, such as AI generation, scheduling, or publishing
- Account suspension — temporary suspension of your account pending review
- Account termination — permanent deletion of your account and associated data
The severity of enforcement depends on the nature, frequency, and impact of the violation. Nebva may act without prior notice in cases of severe violations or imminent harm.
Reporting Abuse
If you encounter content or behavior on Nebva that you believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at hello@nebva.com.
Please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, relevant content or user identifiers, and any supporting context. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
